⭐ Reader reviews
Reader rating
Buhner and Medicine Eagle offer a compelling vision of herbalism as a spiritual discipline, yet this approach may alienate readers seeking empirical botanical data or scientific validation. The text relies heavily on metaphysical concepts that require an open, non-skeptical mindset to fully engage. It is not suitable for those who prefer rigid academic analysis or materialist perspectives on nature. However, for the spiritually inclined practitioner, it provides a rich, transformative framework for understanding plant relationships. The work demands emotional and intuitive investment, making it less accessible to those uncomfortable with subjective spiritual experiences or non-traditional epistemologies regarding consciousness.
