Delivery and order requests

Send a request with your contact details and the books you would like. Nothing is charged when you send it. We confirm availability, delivery and payment before fulfillment.

Delivery cost is agreed with you before payment. A request has an items total, not a confirmed delivered total. Free shipping is not guaranteed by sending a request.

For a book without a confirmed shipping date, we check availability first. We do not promise a two-week arrival. Where a shipping date has been confirmed, it appears on the book page.

Payment

An online payment is not required to send a request. Payment arrangements are confirmed with you before anything ships. Secure online card payment is also available as an optional checkout method.
