1. Who we are
1.1. esotericabooks.com (the "Site") is an online bookstore operated by SIA PLEPO, a company registered in Riga, Latvia (the "Seller"). Orders placed in the United States are fulfilled from US warehouses by our licensed distribution partners.
1.2. Placing an order on the Site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Seller sells books and related goods presented in the Site catalog, and the Buyer accepts and pays for them under these Terms.
2.2. Product images are illustrative; actual cover art and editions may occasionally vary by print run.
3. Ordering
3.1. Orders are placed through the cart on the Site.
3.2. Submitting a request does not charge the Buyer or confirm availability. The Seller contacts the Buyer to confirm the items, delivery and payment. The agreement is concluded when the order is confirmed.
3.3. If an item is unavailable, the Seller notifies the Buyer and offers a substitution or cancellation with a full refund of any prepayment.
4. Prices & payment
4.1. Prices on the Site are listed in USD. The Seller may change prices until an order is confirmed; confirmed orders are honored at the confirmed price.
4.2. No online payment is required to submit a request. Payment and applicable delivery charges are confirmed before fulfillment.
5. Shipping
5.1. Availability and shipping dates are confirmed before fulfillment. No arrival date is implied by sending a request.
5.2. Delivery cost is agreed before payment; the request's items total excludes unconfirmed delivery charges.

6. Returns & refunds
6.1. The Buyer may return items in resellable condition within 30 days of delivery.
6.2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
6.3. If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the payment is refunded in full.

7. Liability & other terms
7.1. The Site is provided "as is"; the Seller is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Site.
7.2. Book content reflects its authors’ views. Esoteric literature is sold for informational, historical and cultural purposes.
7.3. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
