⭐ Reader reviews
Reader rating
Needed this for my research. Not a light read, but far more accessible than I feared. Challenging in places, but never needlessly obscure. Delivery took a bit longer than quoted. Still worth having on the shelf.
Schwaller de Lubicz offers a unique synthesis of narrative fiction and metaphysical treatise, inviting the reader into the sacred shadows of Thebes. While the prose is dense with symbolic meaning and requires patience, it rewards the dedicated initiate with profound insights into the geometry of the soul. However, readers seeking straightforward historical accuracy or light entertainment will likely find this work frustrating and obscure. It demands a willingness to engage with cryptic teachings and view history as a laboratory for spiritual truth rather than a mere record of events. This is not for the casual reader; it is for those prepared to undergo a guided meditation on the transition between the mortal and the divine through the eyes of an ancient novice.
