⭐ Reader reviews
Reader rating
Gray provides a compelling look at the cat as a potent symbol in traditional magic, focusing on its sensuality and agility. The book serves as an invitation to view cats not merely as pets but as vessels of ancient wisdom and magical power. However, readers seeking rigorous academic historical analysis or scientific biological studies may find the esoteric focus too abstract or subjective. It is best suited for those already engaged in witchcraft who wish to explore familiar spirits from a spiritual rather than empirical perspective. The tone is inviting and respectful of tradition, though it lacks critical distance for skeptics. Ultimately, it is a solid resource for the devout occultist but may feel insufficiently grounded for those preferring scholarly detachment over mystical interpretation.
