⭐ Reader reviews
Reader rating
Buenaflor provides a comprehensive and accessible entry point into the mystical world of animal allies, effectively blending ancient Mesoamerican shamanism with contemporary curanderismo. The inclusion of 76 animal profiles offers substantial reference value for practitioners looking to understand specific spiritual gifts and realms. However, this text may not suit readers seeking rigorous academic anthropology or those who prefer purely theoretical metaphysical discussions over practical ritual techniques. It is best for hands-on spiritual seekers rather than detached scholars. While the focus on shapeshifting and journeying is engaging, it requires an open mind to fully appreciate the curanderismo framework presented throughout the pages.
