This has been on my wishlist for months. I appreciated how the argument builds steadily from first principles. Shipping was quick too.
Exactly what I was looking for. Solid binding, decent paper — holds up to heavy use. Some sections stopped me cold in the best way. It assumes more background than a beginner might have. Recommended with reservations.
