Needed this for my research. The print is clean and easy on the eyes for long sessions. The symbolism is layered and generous to patient readers. A keeper.
As someone who reads a lot in this field, I can be picky. The text itself is dense but rewarding — you get out what you put in. Already eyeing my next order.
Long-time student of the esoteric here. Some chapters demand a slow, careful read, and that's exactly the point. It connects ideas I'd only seen treated separately elsewhere. Will be gifting a copy to a friend.
Grabbed this during a weekend order. I appreciated how the argument builds steadily from first principles. The font runs small in the appendices. Good, with the caveats above.
I collect works on this subject and this is a worthy addition. The ideas are old but land with surprising force today. Some sections stopped me cold in the best way. A few pages arrived with light corner wear, though nothing serious. Still worth having on the shelf.
