Pagan Portals - Iris, Goddess of the Rainbow and Messenger of the Godds

Irisanya Moon delivers a focused and inviting introduction to the goddess Iris, successfully highlighting her role as a conduit between realms. The practical advice on harnessing rainbow hues is particularly strong, offering tangible steps for ritualization. However, this text may not suit readers seeking deep academic historical analysis or those who prefer strictly orthodox classical mythology without modern interpretive layers. It is also less relevant for practitioners focused solely on major Olympian deities rather than messengers or intermediaries. Despite these limitations, it stands as a valuable addition to the witchcraft shelf for those ready to embrace the luminous and vibrant aspects of their spiritual path through this specific divine figure.

This book is an essential resource for modern witches and pagans who feel a spiritual pull toward the rainbow or the role of a messenger but have found traditional Greek pantheons lacking in accessible guidance. It specifically benefits those seeking to deepen their personal connection with divine intermediaries and integrate vibrant, color-based symbolism into their daily magical work. By offering practical methods to engage with Iris’s energy, it empowers readers to move beyond theoretical knowledge into lived spiritual experience. If you are looking to uncover the often-overlooked wisdom of lesser-known deities and wish to craft meaningful rituals that honor these ancient forces in a contemporary context, this guide provides the necessary tools and inspiration to open a vibrant portal to her enigmatic presence.
