⭐ Reader reviews
Reader rating
This volume serves as a delightful introduction to regional hauntings, relying on meticulous documentation of historical records and eyewitness testimony rather than academic rigor. While it effectively captures the chilling tales of the Finger Lakes for casual enthusiasts, it may disappoint those seeking rigorous supernatural analysis or skeptical inquiry. Readers expecting scientific explanations for paranormal events will likely find the spiritualist perspective too subjective. However, for those who appreciate atmospheric storytelling and local history intertwined with ghost lore, it offers a compelling, if somewhat light, exploration of the area's hidden spectral secrets.
