I keep coming back to this one. Not a light read, but far more accessible than I feared. Highly recommend to serious students.
Grabbed this during a weekend order. Challenging in places, but never needlessly obscure. It pairs well with more modern commentaries on the same tradition. Deserves a place on any esoteric bookshelf.
My book club chose this last month. The print is clean and easy on the eyes for long sessions. My only regret is not ordering it sooner.
Finally got around to ordering this. It reads better in small doses — a chapter at a time with notes. A few pages arrived with light corner wear, though nothing serious. Good, with the caveats above.
My book club chose this last month. I appreciated how the argument builds steadily from first principles. The ideas are old but land with surprising force today. It assumes more background than a beginner might have. Still worth having on the shelf.
