Finally got around to ordering this. The symbolism is layered and generous to patient readers. The font runs small in the appendices. Good, with the caveats above.
Bought this as a gift for my sister and ended up ordering a second copy for myself. There's real depth here that reveals itself on a second reading. Five stars from me.
This edition finally does the material justice. Some chapters demand a slow, careful read, and that's exactly the point. A keeper.
My third book from this store and this one might be the best. It pairs well with more modern commentaries on the same tradition. The print is clean and easy on the eyes for long sessions. Highly recommend to serious students.
