📚 WHAT THE BOOK IS ABOUT

While the world fixated on apocalyptic nonsense, this text illuminates a genuine astronomical phenomenon: the transit of Venus across the solar disk. Tresemer moves beyond mere observation to explore the metaphysical undercurrents of this alignment. He argues that this event offers a unique lens through which to examine the dual nature of human technology and our capacity for constructive creativity. By focusing on 'erotic phantasms' and emotional connection, the book suggests that true power lies not in cold machinery, but in the warmth of human interaction. It is a guide to navigating technological shifts through spiritual awareness.

Fun Fact

Tresemer offers a refreshing departure from typical astrological fare by grounding celestial events in technological philosophy. It succeeds in linking the Venus transit to human consciousness, providing a unique metaphysical framework. However, readers seeking rigorous astronomical data or scientific analysis will find it lacking. It sits firmly in the niche of spiritual technology, appealing to those who view the cosmos as a mirror for inner and societal evolution rather than a physical system to be mapped.

📝 Description: The Venus Eclipse of the Sun 2012: A Rare Celestial Event: Going to the Heart of Technology

The hyperbole and inflated attention given to the supposed "end of the world" on December 21, 2012, has obscured an actual rare celestial event happening in June of 2012--the passage of Venus before the face of the Sun as seen from the Earth, which happens every 125 years. Although Venus is much smaller than the Sun, Tresemer calls this an eclipse because of the ways he expects it to affect world events. What impact will it have? David Tresemer considers the dynamics of Sun, Earth, Venus, and the exact location in the heavens of this eclipse event, weaving a dramatic story about the heart of technology, its uses for good or for ill, and the direction in which to find one's power in "hands of the heart," actions based on warm feeling toward another. Discover the nature of "erotic phantasms" and how to work constructively with them and who will support us through these times.

Occult literature desk

Tresemer’s work is a fascinating, albeit niche, exploration of the 2012 Venus transit that deliberately sidesteps popular doomsday tropes. While intellectually stimulating for those versed in occult symbolism and metaphysical astronomy, it may frustrate readers seeking straightforward astronomical data or practical survival guides. The dense focus on 'erotic phantasms' and abstract technological soul-making requires a specific esoteric mindset. It is not suitable for skeptics of spiritual interpretation or those who prefer hard science over metaphysical undercurrents. However, for the dedicated occultist, it serves as a compelling, albeit complex, meditation on creativity and celestial alignment.
