Frawley delivers a definitive resource for horary astrology, prioritizing structural clarity over poetic ambiguity. It is ideal for analytical minds who prefer concrete rules and logical progression in divinatory practice. However, readers seeking purely intuitive or psychological interpretations may find its technical rigor dry or overly rigid. The text assumes a willingness to learn strict astrological mechanics, which might deter those looking for quick, effortless spiritual experiences. It does not cater to casual readers interested only in broad horoscopes. Instead, it demands engagement with specific chart analysis techniques. Those who enjoy methodical study will appreciate its depth, while others may feel alienated by its academic approach.
