📚 WHAT THE BOOK IS ABOUT

A pocket-sized tarot deck featuring Pietro Alligo and Severino Baraldi's illustrated white cats.

The Tarot of White Cats Mini Alligo presents a specific intersection of modern div practice and classic Italian illustration. By utilizing the artwork of Severino Baraldi, who was recognized with the Shogakukan Prize and worked for Famiglia cristiana, the deck connects contemporary occult interests with mid-twentieth-century artistic traditions. 📝 Description: Tarot of White Cats Mini

This compact edition of the Tarot of White Cats offers a portable option for divination enthusiasts who prefer carrying their tools in a pocket or purse. Designed by Pietro Alligo, the deck features illustrations that reflect his extensive background in creating tarot decks such as the After Tarot and the Ferenc Pinter Tarot. The physical format measures 3.3 centimeters in height, 9.14 centimeters in length, and 6.1 centimeters in width, weighing only 0.35 pounds. Its small size makes it an ideal companion for on-the-go readings or a thoughtful gift for fellow practitioners. The artistic vision draws from the legacy of Severino Baraldi, an award-winning Italian illustrator known for his work on holy scriptures and fairy tales. Baraldi received the Shogakukan Prize in Tokyo in 1981 and contributed to the weekly Famiglia cristiana for decades. His distinct style brings a unique visual language to this mini-deck, blending traditional occult symbolism with his celebrated illustrative techniques. The collaboration between Alligo and Baraldi results in a deck that honors established tarot aesthetics while offering a fresh, miniature perspective. This volume is published by Llewellyn Publications and carries the ISBN 9780738766966. It suits readers who appreciate historical illustration styles and those seeking a travel-friendly tarot set. Individuals looking for large-format decks or scholarly textual analysis may find this miniature version less suitable for their needs. While this portable deck offers undeniable charm and convenience for pocket-sized divination, it may not suit readers seeking substantial textual commentary or traditional heavy cardstock durability. The primary audience is clearly those prioritizing aesthetics and portability over extensive interpretive guides. Enthusiasts preferring the tactile weight of full-sized decks might find these cards too light for their preferred shuffling style. However, for users focused on visual connection and spontaneous daily reflection, it succeeds beautifully. It is a delightful accessory rather than a comprehensive scholarly resource, best appreciated for its whimsical design and accessibility in modern, mobile lifestyles.
