Needed this for my research. The historical context alone makes it worth the price. Great value for what you get.
Arrived faster than expected and well packaged. A text you study rather than simply read. There's real depth here that reveals itself on a second reading. Still worth having on the shelf.
I collect works on this subject and this is a worthy addition. The text itself is dense but rewarding — you get out what you put in. You can tell why this work has endured. I'd have loved an index, but that's on the original text. Good, with the caveats above.
Been hunting for a decent copy of this text for ages. I appreciated how the argument builds steadily from first principles. The typesetting is comfortable for study, with good margins for notes.
