Reader rating
A friend in my study group recommended this one. It reads better in small doses — a chapter at a time with notes. I found myself reading passages aloud just to sit with them. It assumes more background than a beginner might have. Happy enough with the purchase.
As someone who reads a lot in this field, I can be picky. Plenty of passages worth underlining; my copy is already full of margin notes. Would buy from this store again.
My book club chose this last month. The material is presented clearly and the structure makes it easy to revisit key passages. Shipping was quick too.
I've read excerpts online before, but having the full text is different. I found myself reading passages aloud just to sit with them. Not a light read, but far more accessible than I feared. Great value for what you get.
I keep coming back to this one. Some sections stopped me cold in the best way. There's real depth here that reveals itself on a second reading. If you're drawn to this subject, don't hesitate.
First purchase from this shop. Some chapters demand a slow, careful read, and that's exactly the point. If you're drawn to this subject, don't hesitate.
Grabbed this during a weekend order. Some sections stopped me cold in the best way. I found myself reading passages aloud just to sit with them. If you're drawn to this subject, don't hesitate.
Rajchel delivers a robust, no-nonsense manual for those ready to fight back against magical hostility. The advice is practical and grounded in real-world application, making it highly effective for practitioners dealing with active curses or psychic harassment. However, readers seeking gentle, purely meditative protection methods or those who believe all negative energy should be ignored may find the aggressive tone off-putting. It is not suitable for beginners lacking basic magickal knowledge, as it assumes a certain level of competency in handling energetic dynamics and entity isolation.
