About the author
Scott Creighton is the author of The Great Pyramid Void Enigma: The Mystery of the Hall of the Ancestors (Bear & Company, 2021) and The Great Pyramid Hoax: The Conspiracy to Conceal the True History of Ancient Egypt (Bear & Company). The Great Pyramid Void Enigma examines the large void discovered within the Great Pyramid of Giza, drawing on Coptic-Egyptian texts alongside astronomical and archaeological evidence to argue the space may have functioned as a hall associated with ancestors. The Great Pyramid Hoax argues that the primary physical evidence used to date the Great Pyramid, quarry marks recorded by Colonel Vyse in 1837, was forged, drawing on Vyse's own field notes and contemporaneous testimony. Both books sit in the occult-philosophy and spiritualism categories, addressed to readers interested in alternative and revisionist theories of ancient Egyptian history rather than mainstream Egyptology.
