⭐ Reader reviews
Reader rating
Severino Baraldi’s Royal Animals Tarot is a visually arresting homage to Renaissance aesthetics, successfully blending historical artistry with whimsical fantasy. The anthropomorphized beasts offer a charming, regal twist on traditional archetypes, making it a delightful addition for collectors and art lovers alike. However, this deck may not suit readers seeking strict adherence to classical Rider-Waite-Smith symbolism or those who prefer dark, gothic imagery over playful elegance. While the limited-edition nature adds exclusivity, some might find the heavy stylization distracting during serious divination sessions. Ultimately, it is a beautiful artistic statement rather than a purely functional manual, best appreciated for its visual poetry and unique approach to esoteric tradition.
