I collect works on this subject and this is a worthy addition. Every rereading turns up something I missed.
Took a chance on this and glad I did. It connects ideas I'd only seen treated separately elsewhere. Five stars from me.

Ordered this after seeing it referenced in another book I was studying. Plenty of passages worth underlining; my copy is already full of margin notes. There's real depth here that reveals itself on a second reading. The font runs small in the appendices. Happy enough with the purchase.
