Patterns of the Past (Revised)
✍️ Hall, JudyA revised guide to identifying and healing past life patterns through astrology.
Hall combines her roles as an astrologer and past life therapist to offer practical advice on breaking free from restrictive behavioral cycles rooted in previous incarnations. This revised edition expands upon her 1990 text by integrating fresh insights and clinical observations into the study of karma. The work provides a clear framework for recognizing how past experiences shape present actions, allowing readers to identify specific ties that bind them to inappropriate patterns. It is particularly useful for those seeking concrete methods to heal these connections through astrological understanding.
Published by Wessex Astrologer in August 2000, this paperback sits within the niche of Western esoteric literature. It bridges the gap between astrological study and therapeutic practice, reflecting a late twentieth-century interest in integrating spiritual concepts with psychological self-help methodologies for personal growth.

Finally got around to ordering this. The ideas are old but land with surprising force today. My only regret is not ordering it sooner.
Been hunting for a decent copy of this text for ages. The typesetting is comfortable for study, with good margins for notes. My only regret is not ordering it sooner.
Honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but I'm impressed. You can tell why this work has endured. Challenging in places, but never needlessly obscure. I'd have loved an index, but that's on the original text. Good, with the caveats above.
A friend in my study group recommended this one. Plenty of passages worth underlining; my copy is already full of margin notes. It reads better in small doses — a chapter at a time with notes. Would buy from this store again.
Hall’s revised work serves as a sturdy bridge between esoteric theory and daily application, making complex karmic concepts digestible for the modern seeker. The expansion of her original material provides a robust framework for identifying recurring triggers, which is its greatest strength. However, readers seeking rigorous academic astrology or scientific validation will find little here; it is firmly rooted in faith-based metaphysics. Skeptics of reincarnation may view the premise as unfounded, while those expecting quick fixes might be disappointed by the introspective depth required. It suits the spiritually curious who are ready to do the inner work necessary for emotional freedom.
