Finally got around to ordering this. The material is presented clearly and the structure makes it easy to revisit key passages. I'd have loved an index, but that's on the original text. Still worth having on the shelf.
Exactly what I was looking for. It reads better in small doses — a chapter at a time with notes. Highly recommend to serious students.
My third book from this store and this one might be the best. Solid binding, decent paper — holds up to heavy use. A text you study rather than simply read. Some archaic spellings slow things down. Solid, if not essential.
Exactly what I was looking for. The ideas are old but land with surprising force today. It rewards patience more than any book I've bought this year. Happy enough with the purchase.
