I've read excerpts online before, but having the full text is different. Some chapters demand a slow, careful read, and that's exactly the point. You can tell why this work has endured. I'd have loved an index, but that's on the original text. Recommended with reservations.

Been hunting for a decent copy of this text for ages. Solid binding, decent paper — holds up to heavy use. It's become a regular reference in my practice. A few pages arrived with light corner wear, though nothing serious. Good, with the caveats above.
