Long-time student of the esoteric here. The language takes some getting used to, but it becomes part of the charm. It reads better in small doses — a chapter at a time with notes. Glad I finally picked this up.
Took a chance on this and glad I did. I found myself reading passages aloud just to sit with them. Not a light read, but far more accessible than I feared. Some archaic spellings slow things down. Recommended with reservations.
I've read excerpts online before, but having the full text is different. It rewards patience more than any book I've bought this year. Solid binding, decent paper — holds up to heavy use. Good, with the caveats above.
