Rumi Meditations CD: Enter Into the Divine Heart (CD)

I've read excerpts online before, but having the full text is different. There's real depth here that reveals itself on a second reading. The historical context alone makes it worth the price. Five stars from me.

Not my usual area but wanted to branch out. It's become a regular reference in my practice. I found myself reading passages aloud just to sit with them. A keeper.

My book club chose this last month. Plenty of passages worth underlining; my copy is already full of margin notes. Highly recommend to serious students.

As someone who reads a lot in this field, I can be picky. It rewards patience more than any book I've bought this year. It's become a regular reference in my practice. Shipping was quick too.

First purchase from this shop. There's real depth here that reveals itself on a second reading. Plenty of passages worth underlining; my copy is already full of margin notes. It assumes more background than a beginner might have. Happy enough with the purchase.

I collect works on this subject and this is a worthy addition. The language takes some getting used to, but it becomes part of the charm. Recommended if you're ready to do the work.

Fairchild’s work offers a potent sonic journey into Rumi’s poetic universe, effectively using channeling to create a magnetic field of divine love. The recordings serve as a catalyst for spiritual expansion, guiding listeners toward ego dissolution and emotional healing. However, this title does not suit those seeking rigorous academic analysis of 13th-century Persian literature or strict theological adherence to classical Sufism. It is also ill-suited for skeptics who prefer dry, intellectual commentary over immersive, emotive audio experiences. Readers looking for direct, unmediated access to the poet’s original texts will find this interpretation too focused on contemporary mystical application rather than historical fidelity.
