Ordered this after seeing it referenced in another book I was studying. It's become a regular reference in my practice. The text itself is dense but rewarding — you get out what you put in. Shipping was quick too.

My third book from this store and this one might be the best. Solid binding, decent paper — holds up to heavy use. Plenty of passages worth underlining; my copy is already full of margin notes. My only regret is not ordering it sooner.
