My book club chose this last month. You can tell why this work has endured. One of my better finds this year.
I've read excerpts online before, but having the full text is different. It reads better in small doses — a chapter at a time with notes. Great value for what you get.

Ordered this after seeing it referenced in another book I was studying. I found myself reading passages aloud just to sit with them. The historical context alone makes it worth the price. Already eyeing my next order.
Exactly what I was looking for. Plenty of passages worth underlining; my copy is already full of margin notes. The typesetting is comfortable for study, with good margins for notes. Well worth it.
