⭐ Reader reviews
Reader rating
McSherry offers a pragmatic approach to spiritual group formation, focusing on sustainability rather than just initiation. The text excels in detailing the intricate mechanics of leadership and conflict resolution within magical contexts. However, it may not suit readers seeking purely solitary or esoteric rituals, as the focus remains strictly on interpersonal dynamics and community structure. Those looking for high-density theoretical grimoires might find the practical advice somewhat basic. It is best suited for intermediates who understand magic but lack experience in building resilient spiritual organizations.
