My book club chose this last month. Solid binding, decent paper — holds up to heavy use. The font runs small in the appendices. Solid, if not essential.
Added this to my reference shelf. Plenty of passages worth underlining; my copy is already full of margin notes.
Finally got around to ordering this. The material is presented clearly and the structure makes it easy to revisit key passages. Some chapters demand a slow, careful read, and that's exactly the point. Deserves a place on any esoteric bookshelf.
Lorrie Ann Trout offers a dedicated esoteric resource for female readers seeking internal restoration through occult principles. By centering the triadic relationship of mind, body, and spirit, the text delivers a earnest approach to emotional release and personal power. However, because the publisher's description remains sparse regarding specific rituals or practical exercises, the volume functions primarily as a broad thematic guide to holistic renewal. This work explicitly does not suit readers seeking secular medical advice, evidence-based clinical therapy, or traditional non-occult spiritual texts. For patrons exploring our occult philosophy shelf who favor mystical paths to personal recovery, it provides a supportive entry point.
