Discovering the Mysteries of Ancient America
A collection of controversial articles on pre-Columbian contact from Ancient American magazine.
The author applies his background from The Atlantis Encyclopedia to examine the Americas. He selects pieces from seventy issues of Ancient American magazine to highlight disputed findings. These include Roman relics in Arizona and California, Chinese treasures in California, and Viking rune-stones in Minnesota and Oklahoma. The work also covers ancient American religions. This compilation offers a specific view of fringe archaeological theories. It targets readers interested in alternative historical narratives. Those preferring established academic history may find the content lacking in conventional verification.
Published by New Page Books in 2006, this book compiles material from the magazine Ancient American. It reflects the mid-2000s interest in alternative archaeology and pre-Columbian trans-oceanic contact theories.

I collect works on this subject and this is a worthy addition. The language takes some getting used to, but it becomes part of the charm. It assumes more background than a beginner might have. Still worth having on the shelf.
