My third book from this store and this one might be the best. Solid binding, decent paper — holds up to heavy use. The historical context alone makes it worth the price. A few pages arrived with light corner wear, though nothing serious. Recommended with reservations.
Bought this as a gift for my sister and ended up ordering a second copy for myself. Plenty of passages worth underlining; my copy is already full of margin notes. The text itself is dense but rewarding — you get out what you put in. My only quibble is the cover feels thinner than expected. Solid, if not essential.
Honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but I'm impressed. Not a light read, but far more accessible than I feared.
Finally got around to ordering this. It's become a regular reference in my practice. The print is clean and easy on the eyes for long sessions. The font runs small in the appendices. Good, with the caveats above.
