About the author
Sahvanna Arienta writes for practitioners who identify as lightworkers, a term used in contemporary spirituality for people who feel called toward healing or a higher purpose. The Lightworker's Source: An Enlightening Guide to Awaken the Power Within, from New Page Books, is aimed at those newly aware of this calling or already further along in it, addressing how to identify and act on that sense of purpose. Lightworker's Guide to the Astral Realm: Astral Projection for Empaths (2019), published by Weiser Books, frames consciousness as energy that can be released from the body to explore other realms, structured as a guided journey through seven such realms. Both books are instructional rather than biographical or historical, and are aimed specifically at readers who identify as empaths or lightworkers within contemporary energy-based spirituality.
