About the author
Robert Moss is an Australian-born author and teacher known for developing what he calls Active Dreaming, a practice combining dream work with shamanic journeying techniques, set out across a long list of books from publishers including New World Library and Destiny Books. His titles include Dreaming True, The Dreamer's Book of the Dead, Dreaming the Soul Back Home, The Boy Who Died and Came Back, Sidewalk Oracles, and Mysterious Realities. The books move between practical dream-work instruction, memoir drawn from his own dream experiences, and material on synchronicity and symbol-reading in daily life. Trained originally as a historian, Moss also worked as a novelist before turning to dreaming and shamanism as his primary subject, and he has run workshops and training programs built around the Active Dreaming method for several decades. His writing consistently returns to dreams as a practical resource for healing, decision-making, and connection to the deceased.
