Jeff Foster is a British writer and teacher associated with the nonduality tradition, exploring themes of presence, self-acceptance, and the inclusion of difficult emotions rather than their avoidance. His books, published by St. Martin's Essentials in association with Sounds True, draw on his own experience of depression and chronic illness to offer a way of relating to pain and struggle without trying to fix or escape it.
