⭐ Reader reviews
Reader rating
While beautifully crafted for its target audience, this book is not suitable for seekers of complex theological treatises or dense historical archives. It lacks the literary ambition of high gothic fiction, offering instead accessible, researched legends rather than original horror narratives. Readers expecting deep philosophical insights into spiritualism may find it too light on theory, focusing strictly on narrative folklore. However, for those wanting a curated guide to Door County’s spooky side, it succeeds admirably in blending history with haunting ambiance.
