About the author
Tricia McCannon is the author of the three spiritualism and occult-philosophy titles offered here, published by Bear & Company and Hampton Roads between 2010 and 2017. The Angelic Origins of the Soul (2017) addresses the nature of the soul, its connection to angelic orders, and stages of what the book calls soul evolution. Return of the Divine Sophia (2015) focuses on goddess-centered mystery traditions and teachings the book attributes to Jesus, Isis, and Mary Magdalene, including material on the Fellowship of Isis. Jesus: The Explosive Story of the Thirty Lost Years (2010) takes up the unrecorded years of Jesus's early life, drawing on research into ancient mystery religions to speculate on his teachers and training. Across the three books, McCannon writes for readers interested in esoteric Christianity, goddess spirituality, and alternative accounts of biblical figures.
