About the author
Ross Andrews is a ghost hunter of more than twenty years' standing and former chairman of the Parasoc paranormal research society, according to his publisher. His two books for Amberley Publishing, both from 2010, Paranormal Oxford and Paranormal Forest of Dean, cover reportedly haunted sites in Oxford and Oxfordshire and in the Forest of Dean respectively. Paranormal Oxford takes readers through the city and surrounding towns and villages, while Paranormal Forest of Dean focuses on haunted locations within that wooded region, both structured as guides to specific sites rather than general treatises on paranormal theory. Andrews also ran investigative events at St Briavel's Castle. The books are aimed at readers interested in regional ghost lore and site-based paranormal investigation in the English West Country and Oxfordshire.
