About the author
Richard Palmisano is a Canadian paranormal investigator and founder of the Searcher Group, described in his books as one of Canada's oldest paranormal research teams. His catalogue here, published mainly by Dundurn Press with a more recent title from Llewellyn Publications, includes Ghosts: An Investigation Into a True Canadian Haunting, Overshadows: An Investigation Into a Terrifying Modern Canadian Haunting, Ghosts of the Canadian National Exhibition, and The Complete Paranormal Investigation Handbook, co-written with Peter J. Roe. The first three books recount specific, extended field investigations into reportedly haunted Canadian locations, including a Mississauga mansion and the Canadian National Exhibition grounds, while the Handbook sets out methods for conducting paranormal field studies. Palmisano writes for readers interested in case-based Canadian ghost investigation and in the practical side of paranormal research.
