About the author
Paul Von Ward is described, in his publisher's own account, as a cultural historian and cosmologist, and is the author of Children of a Living Universe: Discovering Our Legacy Will Change Our Future and We've Never Been Alone: A History of Extraterrestrial Intervention, both published by Hampton Roads. The first book argues that humanity needs to reassess its understanding of its ancestry and prehistoric past, drawing on what the author presents as forgotten prehistoric evidence. The second sets out a case that beings more advanced than humans, whether described as gods, angels, or extraterrestrials, have influenced human religion, genetics, technology, and culture throughout history. Both titles belong to the ancient-contact and alternative-history genre, combining speculative reinterpretation of archaeological and mythological material with a broader argument about human origins, and are aimed at readers already drawn to ancient-astronaut and alternative-history writing rather than at an academic audience.
