About the author
Patricia L. Walsh is the author of Understanding Karmic Complexes, published by the Wessex Astrologer. Drawing on several thousand cases described as recalled during past-life regression, the book sets out an astrological framework for reading what it calls karmic scripts, patterns the author presents as present from birth and traceable through a birth chart. It connects specific astrological configurations to recurring life patterns and unresolved issues carried forward from claimed past lives, positioning the work at the intersection of astrology and past-life regression practice. The book is written for astrologers and students of astrology already familiar with chart interpretation who want a specialized approach to karmic and past-life themes within their practice, rather than for general readers new to the subject, and it reflects a specific tradition within astrological counseling that treats the natal chart as a record of prior incarnations.
