About the author
Neville Goddard (February 19, 1905 – October 1, 1972) was a Barbadian writer, speaker and kabbalah-trained mystic in the New Thought movement. He grew up in Barbados and moved to the United States as a young adult. He achieved popularity and controversy by reinterpreting the Bible and the poetry of William Blake. His explicitly egotheistic and antinomian teaching centered, more practically, on self-help, meditation and self-hypnosis for manifestation. Over the course of more than 30 years, he authored 14 books and delivered over 300 lectures.
