About the author
Natalia Clarke is the author of two "Pagan Portals" titles from Moon Books: Baba Yaga, Slavic Earth Goddess and Intuitive Magic Practice. The Baba Yaga volume approaches the folkloric figure of Slavic tradition as a goddess to be worked with, drawing on Eastern European folk material rather than treating her only as a fairy-tale villain. Intuitive Magic Practice is a step-by-step guide to developing and trusting intuition as a tool within magical work, combining instruction with exercises and personal reflection. Both books sit within Moon Books' short-form "Pagan Portals" series, aimed at readers who want a focused, practical introduction to a single topic rather than a comprehensive survey. Clarke's writing draws on Slavic folk tradition and personal magical practice, and her books suit readers newer to Slavic paganism or to intuitive approaches within contemporary witchcraft, rather than specialists.
