About the author
Martin Davis, as credited in this catalogue, is the author of two books on astrolocality astrology published by Wessex Astrologer: Astrolocality Astrology: A Guide to What It Is and How to Use It, revised in 2014, and its follow-up, From Here to There, from 2007. Astrolocality astrology maps natal charts onto geographic locations to identify places thought to be favorable or unfavorable for an individual, and Davis's books work through both the technique itself and its history, tracing locality astrology from ancient Babylonia through to contemporary astro-mapping software. From Here to There additionally surveys the work of other contemporary astrologers using locality techniques. Both books are practical, technique-focused guides aimed at readers who already have some grounding in astrology and want to extend it into location-based interpretation, rather than introductory texts for newcomers to astrology in general.
