About the author
Linda Yael Schiller writes on dreamwork as a tool for psychological and, in her framing, ancestral healing, and her books identify her as a psychotherapist and international speaker. Modern Dreamwork, published by Llewellyn Publications, lays out what she calls an Integrated Embodied Approach to dream interpretation, combining physical sensation, imagery, and personal association. Ptsdreams focuses more specifically on trauma-related nightmares, offering techniques meant to help readers work through disturbing dream content connected to post-traumatic stress. Ancestral Dreaming extends the framework further, proposing that dreams can be used to identify and work through inherited family patterns and to connect with ancestors. Across the three books, all from Llewellyn, Schiller builds a consistent, therapist-oriented approach to dream interpretation aimed at readers dealing with trauma, family history, or a general interest in structured dreamwork practice.
