About the author
Lee Harris is a channel and spiritual teacher who has presented material he attributes to a group of entities he calls the Z's since 1999, sharing this material through workshops, recordings, and books published mainly by New World Library. The Future Human: New Ways of Living and Being on Earth (2025) frames current global change as a phase of human evolution. Awaken Your Multidimensional Soul (2023) and Conversations with the Z's, Book One (2022) present the Z's material in interview and dialogue form, including sessions with psychotherapist Dianna Edwards. Energy Speaks: Messages from Spirit on Living, Loving, and Awakening addresses love, money, and personal transformation through the same channeled framework. Harris's books are aimed at readers already engaged with channeling and New Age spirituality, built around this ongoing series of Z's material rather than a single standalone work.
