About the author
Kris Franken is the author of Wildhearted Purpose and The Call of Intuition, both published by Llewellyn Publications. Wildhearted Purpose, from 2023, uses wildflowers as an organizing image for a set of meditative exercises and rituals intended to help readers identify personal goals and map out a path of individual growth. The Call of Intuition, from 2020, is built around a six-step practice for integrating intuition, instinct, and insight into daily decision-making. Both books belong to the self-development side of contemporary spiritual publishing, combining short guided exercises with reflective prompts rather than historical or theoretical material. They are addressed to readers already comfortable with journaling, ritual, and meditation-based practice who are looking for structured frameworks to apply to questions of purpose and personal direction, rather than to readers encountering these approaches for the first time.
