About the author
Jurgen Ziewe is a writer and artist known for his first-hand accounts of out-of-body experiences and altered states of consciousness, built up over decades of sustained meditation practice. His earlier book Multidimensional Man (2008) describes how an intensive meditation practice, taken up alongside a demanding professional career, led him into experiences he describes as travel beyond the physical body into other planes of perception. His more recent work, Elysium Illuminated (Inner Eye Publishing, 2026), continues in the same vein, presented not as a system of belief or metaphysical theory but as a report of direct experience in non-physical states. Ziewe's books are aimed at readers already interested in meditation, consciousness exploration, and out-of-body or near-death literature, offering a personal record rather than an argument for any particular doctrine.
