About the author
Joseph Polansky is an astrologer best known for Your Personal Horoscope, an annual one-volume guide published in English by Harper Thorsons and in Spanish translation by Urano as Tu Horóscopo Personal. Each edition, covering a single year such as 2017 or 2018, works sign by sign through month-by-month forecasts touching love, career, and general life trends, intended as a complete yearly reference rather than a single reading. Polansky has produced these guides annually for many years, giving the series a long publishing history and a loyal readership among general audiences interested in sun-sign astrology rather than technical chart work. The Spanish-language editions listed here are translations of the same yearly content prepared for Urano's readership. The books are written in accessible, non-technical language aimed at readers who want a quick yearly reference, and they form part of a broader genre of annual horoscope publishing common across many astrologers' output.
