About the author
Joanne DiMaggio's two listed books both work within the past-life and psychic-reading tradition associated with Edgar Cayce. Edgar Cayce and the Unfulfilled Destiny of Thomas Jefferson Reborn, from Ozark Mountain Publishing, follows a 1936 life reading Cayce gave for an infant, tracing the claimed past-life connection to Thomas Jefferson through to the present. Your Soul Remembers, from Rainbow Ridge, describes DiMaggio's own research method, which she calls Soul Writing, combining past-life regression with inspirational writing intended to help readers access memories of earlier lives. Both books are presented as documented case research rather than fiction, aimed at readers already interested in reincarnation and the Cayce readings specifically. The catalogue describes her as a past-life specialist, a description drawn from the books themselves rather than independently verified biographical detail.
