About the author
Jerry Sargeant is the author of two books published by Findhorn Press centered on energy work and what he calls Star Magic practice. Activate Your Super-Human Potential: The Ultimate 5D Toolkit (2023) covers techniques including a Qi Gong sequence, methods for building what the book calls a unified Heart Field, and guidance framed around manifestation and protection from psychic attack. Healing with Light Frequencies (2020), a revised edition of an earlier book titled Star Magic, describes working with what it calls extraterrestrial light frequencies across basic, intermediate, and advanced practice levels aimed at clearing and energizing the body and mind. Both books present structured, step-by-step systems rather than general reflection, and are aimed at readers already engaged with energy healing modalities who are looking for a specific named practice to follow rather than an introduction to the field.
